With stylish knees, forward paces and a good brain, I can see this pony going places! He’s been to pony club rallies, small shows and is ready to make the move onto the competition scene. Only six years old, and feels like he’s been there done that. Currently show jumps schools confidently over 80cm courses, and xc 65cm. Has competed in Bay Of Plenty pony club dressage champs, placing 2nd & 1st in the Level 1 classes, with a score of 68% & 64%! Is starting to do lateral work on the flat. Responds well to the aids- eg no need for spurs/whip and a strong bit. Can be ridden with or without company. Uncomplicated ride, with a snaffle mouth. Currently barefoot, has strong hoofs. Not herd bound. Always collects plenty of compliments, wherever he goes. Has experienced ‘big shows’ and was a gentlemen- had a hack around Taupo World Cup show. Can be trucked or floated. Lives off the smell of an oil rag. Doesn’t need calming products or energy feed. Type that you don’t have to ride everyday. Happy to stand in the stables all day. Easy to deal with. No dirt/ vices- eg rear, bolt, buck.
