Star Sign LPE (Colin) is a 6yr old, 148cm pinto gelding.

Shown extensively in the saddle hunter ring as well as ridden and led pinto, ridden and led arab, led pony, rider classes, and paced & mannered, Colin has been a success since a very young age.

Some notable wins include the 2024 Land Rover Horse of the Year "Led Adult Pinto Pony" Title, as well as the 2025 Defender Horse of the Year "Led Adult Arab Derivative " Title- Colin is the only coloured horse to ever win the Arab title to our knowledge.

He has had too many champions, supremes etc to count and is always a true showman- he loves to be in the ring and knows his job.

An EASY pony to take out, Colin does not require lunging or riding in, he is calm and self assured, no spook, and happy with all atmosphere. Bouncy castles, machinery, helicopters, loud speakers and other horses have no effect on Colin.

Incredibly easy in the ring- other ponies galloping up behind or cutting him is paid no bother. Excellent paces with a saddle hunter gallop that gets the judge's attention. You can drop the reins at any time (including in gallop) and he will slow down to walk and stretch out.

Self loads on any type of float, very safe to travel, relaxed when away at shows. Excellent health and has never had any issue requiring a vet. Hard ties, easy to wash, show prep etc. Stands tied at float happily.

Professionally handled from birth and broken in by breeder- all handling has been positive and we know every minute of his history.

Bred as a hunter jumper pony, Colin loves his jumping and is very confident but has not been pushed in this area due to his young age. He will go to the top in showhunter, working hunter and round the ring with ease- his cool calm attitude and complete lack of spook plus amazing type and paces almost guarantee this. Some jumping schooling video (low heights) available.

Colin is currently on holiday after a successful 2025 HOY where, alongside his Led Adult Arab Derivative of the Year title, he was 4th in the ridden pinto pony of the year title class and 4th in Rising Star Saddle Hunter pony title class as well as runner up in the Led Adult Pinto Pony title.

He is safe and uncomplicated to bring back into work (just hop on and go) and currently in his winter woolies.
