WANTED: Confidence-Boosting Jumping Schoolmaster or Schoolmistress...

We’re searching for a one-in-a-million, experienced pony to become part of our family — a genuine schoolmaster who knows their job, loves it, and is ready to pass that knowledge and confidence on to their rider. Our rider is a lightweight 13-year-old and has well established hands and seat, and plenty of experience jumping just remains a little nervous at times.

We’re after the ultimate mother’s dream pony — safe, sound & sensible.
• 14.1hh – 14.2hh could consider slightly smaller for the right pony.
Show Jumping (confidently jumping 90cm+), with Show Hunter and Pony Club experience as a bonus.
• Kind, honest, and uncomplicated
• Calm, rhythmic, and well-schooled over fences
• A confidence builder —not reliant on a bold rider.
• Happy to hack out alone or in company.
• Fun and versatile — while jumping is a key focus, this pony will enjoy a varied, balanced life full of love and adventure.

This pony will want for nothing and be cherished in a knowledgeable, 5-star home, the family very involved in the sport. References available.

We are Auckland-based but are willing to travel for the right pony. We are also open to lease options.
