Hippo is a 14hh 6yo blue eyed cremello QH X mare

She is broken in and is going nicely in-hand and under saddle, but is still green. She was originally backed at 4, and then left to mature some more. Hippo has had limited outings but has been out to the pony club grounds,road and farm rides.

With Hippo being cremello her nose is very pink, which means she is prone to sunburn in the summer. This is easily managed with either sunblock or a full face UV mask (that she is used to wearing).

Not shod or hard fed, holds her weight well. Never been lame, injured, or grass affected in the 2 years we’ve owned her.

Perfect summer project pony for someone who has the time to put in consistent work. Will need to go to someone with experience with young horses. She isn’t nasty, just green and will get confused by an inexperienced rider.

I had hoped to get a bit more mileage on her before selling but due to full time work and now moving away for uni I sadly don’t have the time to put into her.

Would prefer she went to a home with other horses.
