Oreo is a super safe and ultimate talented show hunter and jumping pony. Every mother’s dream.

She was placed 2nd at the nationals 2024, 4th 2025 Show hunter Cat C and is currently 4th on the national equitation series leaderboard, top 10 Cat C. She shines in show hunter with her beautiful rhythm and technique over a fence. I believe with the right keen young rider she has a heap more to give and can really shine and be hard to beat in this area. Recent results include champion Cat C pony at Canterbury Champs 23th Feb 2025, winner hi points Cat C and reserve champion Southland Show Jumping 15th February 2025. Champion large pony & hi points winner Ashburton Show jumping champs January 2025.

Both my girls started riding her at 9 years old and she has given them so much fun and experience competing very consistently and competitively up to 1 metre show jumping with a switch to focus on show hunter in the last 12 months. Lately I feel she is happiest jumping up to 90cm show jumping rather than the 1m classes.

Also loves hacking, does lots of pony club, evented once placing at 80cm, hunted, can do a nice dressage test when asked but doesn’t love it, schooled level 3, farm rides, pet days etc.


Oreo is super safe and easy for kids to hack out, handle and do everything with. No vices. Easy to clip, float, shoe, worm, kids do studs etc. Not at all fazed by atmosphere or fill. A very sensible and smart pony. Also suitable for complete beginners who want to progress quickly.

Oreo is an absolute treasure and dream to own will be hard for us to part with. We have really looked after her and conserved her in our four years of owning her and she is fit and ready to go for another child to ride and have lots of success on.
I have a daughter at boarding school and my girls are focused to move beyond keeping competing Oreo at 1metre show jumping and show hunter.

Negotiable to the right home. I imagine the first person who comes to sit on her, will buy her.
