Mocha has been in our family for 6 yrs. Over which time she has done numerous Pony Club and ESNZ events and has had experience in all disciplines with two different riders. She can do a lovely dressage test, has trained over 1.05m xc fences and with a bit of experience has the potential to make an awesome Eventing pony.
She has also done several multi day treks, which she absolutely loves.
However, we have concentrated on Showjumping with great success, with the highlight being winning the 2023 National 1m Pony Championship. In 2024 she stepped up to jumping 1.10m /1.20m and some Mini Prix classes and came a very respectable 9th in the NZ 1.10m Championship at the end of the season.
Unfortunately, the last of our riders has turned 17 and this is an extremely hard sale, however she needs to be out giving another rider a fun and successful ride.
We would like to see her with a competitive family who will also give her, and themselves, a lot of fun at the beach, river and trekking etc in the down time. She is a very fun pony for a confident and competent rider as she is forward, however she is very sweet and has absolutely no dirt.
She is good for the farrier and also good to float, truck and worm.
