Pony for sale

Pāua is a full height pony rising 5 year old. Both his parents were full height ponies aswell.

He is a kind pony that knows all the basics and is ready to start his adventure with another rider. Pāua loves water and swims at the beach in waves and down the river happily. He is good at the front or the back and has a very willing nature.

Pāua is Gisbone bred and was brought up in the bush doing stock work on a farm. He has never said no and loves to jump. Pāua has been xcountry training multiply times and happily pops over anything he is put at. He is great with water jumps, coffins, palisades and anything else.

Pāua is still young and is sensitive to his rider, he needs to trust someone a lot before he becomes completely comfortable with them. He still needs Someone to be patient and help desensitise him more and more. Because he is still young he still has some little things to learn , however because his mindset is so kind and giving he is an awesome pony to teach.

Pāua would make an awesome eventer, hunter, show jumper or even show hunter pony. He has a very even rhythm when jumping and just loves to learn.

Pāua needs a confident rider to help him reach his full potential and guide him through the next stages. His flat work is good and he now knows the basics of the contact and going down nicely on the bit.

Pāua gets taken everywhere down the river and has done some big crossings and hill work.

Pāua has never had shoes on and has great feet. Since having pāua he has never been lame and never had any injuries or problems.
