Horse for sale

This is a very sad sale but due to moving away for university next year in February, I have decided it’s the best decision to sell my boy. To Be Franc aka Franc is looking for his new home!

16.2hh/ 13yrs old(2012)/ Thoroughbred gelding

I have owned franc for 3 years now and he has taught me everything. Franc has been an absolute saint taking me fresh out of riding school to 80cm eventing, 90cm showjumping, and currently doing level 1 dressage with constantly improving scores (averaging around 60%-70%) but many more skills developed and could definitely progress up the levels in the right home. He loves hacking and going to the beach (especially swimming) equally as much as arena work.

He does have a little “grumpiness” quirk where he can pull faces, despite this his other ground manners are very good. Under saddle won’t buck rear or try to get you off. He’s a really nice moving thoroughbred with 3 nice paces, also keeps his weight on really well with the right diet.

Over summer franc will be doing some dressage shows, as this is what he seems to prefer competition wise, as well as going to the beach, forrest for some fun and some low level show jumping at home. This will be until we can find the perfect home for him.

He is perfect for the farrier, dentist, float/truck, to drench ect. Franc would suit a happy hacker, for a confident riders first horse/hack or dressage home to progress up the levels together.
