Twist is an exceptional mare that’s proven to be highly competitive in the SH ring despite this being her first season out.
Just completed her first HOY and ended up 5th in the Equimatch Junior High Points Series

She naturally carries a fabulous rhythm and outline which has her really looking the part in the SH ring. She is well schooled (and talented) on the flat, she’d happily dabble in a bit of dressage/showing and would definitely look the part RTR etc.
Twist has been confidently competing at 1m and 1.10 SH this season and has recently stepped up to a few 1.15m’s.

Having owned this mare for the past 3 years (from freshly broken), she has been nothing short of exceptional in both nature and ability. Twist is an absolute character and a pleasure to do everything with, she takes everything in her stride and is a real fun ride while still being flashy enough to be a super competitive mount.

Most of her time has been spent on our Gisborne Station. I have spent many hours out chasing deer on her in the bush, going adventuring and just genuinely having a fun time. She’s an extremely fun ride, happily goes everywhere you point her and will bring you home safely every day.

She’s an intelligent girl that knows her job, uncomplicated to get on after time off and definitely does not need schooled constantly. There is absolutely no dirt in this girl, she’s a genuine as they come.

She will only be available to a top-notch home that will give her buddies in a decent sized paddock and take her out on plenty of adventures. Ideal for an established rider that wants the competitive edge without needing to school every day!
