Solitaire is the ultimate all round pony.She has three beautiful even paces as well as having established flying changes. She is perfect to do everything with and loves swimming and hacking. She doesn't get attached to other horses and is perfect to take our and compete in a team. She has no absolutely no mare- ish tendencies and gets along with everybody and everyone she is paddocked with.
This season she has been out to A and P shows where she has competed in the open saddle hunter ring with much success. She has also been to showhunter and done round the ring and showjumping to 80cm.
She has had good results from limited outings with us in showhunter - previous owners won the Canterbury Cat B Equitation with her.
Solly can be hacked in company or alone and you can pony off her too.
Solitaire has been owned by the same family for the last three years and she taught her current rider how to ride. With him she did numerous pleasure ring outings where she almost won champion pony every time she was out. She also did some unregistered dressage with him as well as cowboy challenges and training showhunter.
She is only for sale due to her rider outgrowing her and our other rider ageing out of ponies.
Solitaire is a true competition pony - she needs a confident rider who will tell her what to do as she is a welsh and can sometimes be a little bit strong when jumping. She has always been handled by our children right from a young age.
She is a much loved family member and she is a favourite to handle and have in around the stables.
