128cm (12.2hh) Bay Gelding, 9 years old, Part Bred Welsh.

Chippy is the ultimate allrounder, with stunning looks and movement. Chippy has a fab jump and has previously competed in Show Hunter and Show Jumping, attended jumping days, done pony club games and XC schooled. Chippy really enjoys jumping and variety, he has the scope and ability to jump 80cm +.

Chippy is a brilliant second or third pony, who likes to get on & go, with a snaffle mouth and good brakes. He loves to jump, hack, canter down grass verges and up & down hills.
He is steady away, but can gallop on when asked and will go all day.
Brilliant to do everything with at home, can be handled by a child. Good with farrier with great feet, easy doer, never foundered and doesn't get grass affected (but is still a small pony so needs to be grazed sensibly).

Chippy is not a first pony, we have tested this theory and it's not for him, he's too intelligent to trot around in circles with a novice or nervous rider.
Chippy isn't a robot and can put in a small buck when excited, although we've not seen this since he's been in consistent work.

The perfect home for Chippy would be an all-round home where he gets to get out and about, hack, jump and have fun. He needs a child who is confidently jumping 50cm and ready for the next step, with a good seat and finds a small buck fun not scary.

Chippy is priced to sell as we need to find him a home as soon as possible due to needing to find that unicorn first year ridden pony. If you have the perfect first pony and are looking for the next pony WE WOULD CONSIDER A SWAP OR LEASE.
