Purchased from the breeder for a return to riding mom, Chili has done a bit of everything, including outings and training shows for eventing and showjumping to 95 (Clevedon, Whitford, Tuakau, Pointways, Woodlhill, Papatoetoe, Ohaupo, Waikato EC). With three established paces and flying changes coming along, Chili has had great instruction from champ dressage and showjumping coaches while his owner has gotten back into riding. He loves outings to the forest and beach, and happily tackles a hill workout. His farm life has given him great exposure to traffic, road riding, farm situations and noises. Used to get worried in crowd situations, but recently competed along with 175 other horses and was great -- the tenage years are over! Chili is an unfussy fella, gets along with mares and geldings, trucks and floats, and is a gentleman on the ground, dreamy to clip and shoe.

Health: Never lame. Up to date on everything. Chili has several not pretty bumps on his back (granulomas) that require nothing more than a clean sheepskin pad but don't bother coming if you are squeamish about cosmetic bumps! Pix in ad. Regularly wormed, all vaccinations including strangles.
