Brenda is a 14-year-old Warmblood mare, approximately 16hh by HPQ Faffnier. Over the past few years she has produced two beautiful foals both who have great attitudes and movement
She is an exceptional broodmare and mother with a kind and easy-going nature. Brenda has always been straightforward to handle allowing her foals to be managed with ease. She was easy to service and delivered both foals without any complications.
Prior to her first pregnancy in 2020 Brenda competed in show jumping up to approximately 1.10m. After four years out of work while raising her foals she was easy to bring back into light riding. Following a further break due to her rider being overseas for two years she has now been back in work for a month and is currently jumping around 80cm with the scope and ability to progress higher.
Brenda would suit someone looking for a genuine, low-maintenance broodmare and/or a pleasure riding horse. She is happy hacking out, has a sensible temperament and can be paddocked either on her own or with other horses.
Brenda has been a much loved member of our family for the past ten years so this is a very sad sale. We are looking for a caring home where she will continue to be appreciated and enjoyed.
