Cosmo (Cosmopolitan) is a 11 year old 15.3hh Stationbred X Gelding.

Cosmo was bought as a project 8 years ago, but quickly became my best friend and a loved family member. Competed up to 1m SJ and level two dressage with many wins and placings. Best suited for jumping up to 80/95cm. Friendliest horse to have around and just wants to be your best mate - will lick you to death - like an overgrown dog!. Well schooled and works well in a frame with a soft contact. Has schooled level three movements including rein back, counter canter, leg yields etc.

Loves hacking, beach rides, swimming, bareback rides. Would be a good all-rounder as he loves variety. Good to shoe, clip, truck (hasn’t been in a straight load float for a while so this may need a refresher), worm etc. Can have the odd spook but nothing dangerous. Does have a soft mouth and is forward when jumping so better suited to a confident quiet rider. Incredibly hard sale and I only want the best home for him so I will be picky about his new home.

Only for sale due to eventing not being his speciality. Was planning to sell him years ago but couldn’t bare to part with him. Does have a couple of small scars which I have photos of if requested and a small splint on his near front leg which has never effected him. Can be slightly wary around his ears and having covers thrown on but as long as you go slow and are gentle he is fine!

Vet checks welcome. Will sell sight unseen to the perfect home! Priced reasonably to ensure the best home is found. If the perfect home isn’t found, he will stay with us. Will come with his bridle which has a back on track poll cover on it which he seems to love (also fine without it).

Ideally looking for a forever home who wants a best friend to go on adventures with. If money grew on trees I would be keeping him forever!
