Waka is a large horse with an even bigger heart, always giving 110% in everything he does. As he enters his second full season of show jumping, he has shown remarkable progress during the 2023-2024 season. Starting at 1.20m, Waka finished the season with outstanding results at the mini prix level. He began his eventing career at the age of 5 with his previous rider, and advanced to 2* level by the age of 7 in 2021-2022.

Waka is incredibly talented and athletic, brimming with confidence. He is a hotter ride, best suited for a rider who prefers more horsepower. Despite his size and power, he is easy to control and adapts well to any riding style.
Suitable for both show jumping and eventing, Waka has well-established aids, including lateral movements, shortening and lengthening, and long and low. He is ready to be a highly competitive Junior, Amateur, Young Rider, or Pro Am horse, with the talent for Horse Grand Prix. He has achieved many placings and wins up to the Horse Mini Prix level and could be equally competitive in eventing. With his strength and confidence, he excels in cross-country, and his flatwork is well-established, requiring minimal effort to achieve desired dressage scores.

Waka enjoys farm workouts and mustering, he is sure-footed on hills while being sensible and safe. He is easy to manage at home, whether it’s clipping, shoeing, floating/trucking, paddocking, or drenching. Waka always meets his rider at the gate, stables next to any horse without fuss, and has no quirks.
