ISPYHORSES BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This giveaway is offered by Manestream Media Ltd (“Promoter”).
  3. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. FACEBOOK is a trade mark of Facebook, Inc.
  4. Entrants will direct any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion to the Promoter, and not to Facebook. Any questions can be directed to admin@ispyhorses.com.
  5. Subject to paragraph 10, entry is open to anyone who, as at the time of entry is resident of New Zealand or Australia. Please note, if you are under 18 years of age, and you win, you will be required to show that a parent or legal guardian has a current account on the www.ispyhorses.com website;
  6. The winner will agree to participate in reasonable publicity including being named on social media by the promoter and companies who have donated prizes.
  7. The promotion commences at 2.30pm on 3 October 2018 (NZT) and ends at 2.59pm, 10 October 2018 (NZT).

    (each and collectively, the “Prize”) worth NZ$7,000 in total. There is one Prize to be won. Some Prizes can only be redeemed through third party suppliers in New Zealand.
  11. The prize winner will be drawn by the Promoter on the afternoon of 10 October 2018 by random electronic selection. The first eligible winner drawn will win the Prize.
  12. If the Prize or any part of it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, it may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  13. The Promoter collect personal information for the purposes of conducting this giveaway. By entering you consent to:
    • The Promoter keeping your information in its database and using that information to contact you about its products, services, events, sponsorships from time to time.
    • The Promoter disclosing your personal information to third party suppliers of the prize (if you are a winner), including any third party suppliers (“Suppliers”), to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
    • The use of your name for publicity and promotional purposes by the Promoter or the Supplier, without compensation, if you are a winner.
  14. If you are a winner, the Promoter will make contact you within 5 days of the draw using contact details you have provided when you registered with iSpyHorses.com. If for any reason the Promoter or the Supplier is unable to make contact with you within that period, then the Prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn on the same terms and conditions as the original draw. No compensation will be awarded to the forfeiter.
  15. The Prize will be couriered to the winner’s address in New Zealand or Australia. The Promoter take no responsibility for the Prize damaged or lost in transit. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, or damage caused to the Prize during transit.
  16. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Suppliers and the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are not responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by any entrant as a direct or indirect result of the conduct of Suppliers. Where the Prize is a good that is available in different sizes, the winner may contact the Supplier directly to change the size of the Prize at the winner’s own cost. Where the Prize is a service, the winner may only be able to redeem it in New Zealand, at the location of the service provider. The Promoter is not responsible for any fulfilment of the Prize.
  17. Employees and immediate family of employees of the Promoter or of the Supplier are ineligible to win.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
  19. The Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  20. The selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and the Supplier, and their related body corporates, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.
